Corporate Social responsibility

This IP will give students as well as teachers the opportunity to exchange and to learn about a relatively new connection between social responsibility, social economy and sustainability on a multilateral level and in a multidisciplinary context.

Teachers in the IP are challenged to share and develop this new area over three consecutive years in order to strengthen their expertise.

The IP is organized and implemented according to the principles of competence based education.

The competencies this IP is to enhance in students are:

• Intercultural communication and competencies related to it;
• Lifelong learning and professionalization of social work in a multidisciplinary approach;
• Sustainability awareness and behaviour like:responsibility, emotional intelligence, system oriented social work, future oriented social work, commitment, willingness and ability to take social action. The aim of the IP:

The aim of this intensive programme is to improve the professional skills and competences of the students of Social work programme, Human resource management, Business Management, International Business and Public Administration on the implementation and development of the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility within European context.
