Learning environment

University College South Denmark provides an international modular course for a whole semester, "Living and Learning Together", specially designed to foreign students. The course will be a combination of lectures, seminars, workshops and individual studies under guidance, excursions, school visits, field visits and practicing periods.

Location: Campus Haderslev.

Aims

The course will provide the students with skills, knowledge and experience in order to increase their intercultural competence i.e. the ability to live and work in heterogeneous groups. The students will become aware of the qualities of other teaching and learning traditions which will make them reflective teachers, thinking creatively and innovatively.

The programme is of 30 ECTS.

Target groups

Student teachers for primary and secondary school.

Accommodation

You will be accommodated in Haderslev at a price of approximately EUR 375 per person per month. The University College will help you find accommodation but please note that we do not have a housing guarantee.

The course is free for students within the EU/EEA. For students from countries outside of the EU, tuition fee is app. EUR 4600.
